Members of the Ayb School’s Green Chemistry club Syuzanna Yerknapshyan, Mariam Melkumyan and Maria Aghabekyan won the School for Environment contest at Goethe Institute with a German language and chemistry joint project, thus qualifying for a youth conference to be held in Bremen, Germany, on May 10-13.
Accompanied by the German and Chemistry teachers, the Ayb students will present the biodegradable plastic bags created in laboratory setting.
Earlier, the Aybplast project of Ayb School’s Green Chemistry club was announced the winner of Diamond Challenge Armenia contest.
