Maryana Bezrukikh, Tatyana Shishova hold seminars at Ayb School

As part of the 1st Educational Congress titled “New time: efficient education”, well-known education experts Maryana Bezrukikh and Tatyana Shishova held seminars for teachers at Ayb School.

The seminar offered by psychologist, creative arts therapist, founder of puppet therapy and co-chair of the International Association for Creative Arts in Education and Therapy Tatyana Shishova was dedicated to puppet therapy as an effective method of psychological correction and rehabilitation of children. The main tool of such treatment is puppet theater, where the child reproduces various situations of family life, thus releasing negative emotions. Puppets help children overcome stress and phobias, as well as train memory and attention.

Professor, biological sciences PhD, academic of the Russian Academy of Education and director of the Institute of Development Physiology Maryana Bezrukikh talked about the importance of taking into account the psychophysiological peculiarities of children for the formation of their cognitive activity and organization of the educational process. Mrs. Bezrukikh emphasized that it’s necessary to base on real facts and brain development stages and avoid myths that can play a cruel joke on education.

The Educational Congress was initiated by the Foundation for Support of Young Leaders and Green Lamp Educational Center jointly with the Armenian Association of Entrepreneurs and in partnership with the Department for External Economic and International Relations of Moscow, the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund, Letovo School and Ayb School.
